Around 1945Hrs. Companies 1 and 3 were dispatched for a MVC at RT15 and RT40. While units were responding, communications advised a new location of RT15 at Hayward Rd and now entrapment. First arriving duty 1 went on the scene with a 2 vehicle MVC with one trapped. The command was established. Rescue Engine 11 arrived and position for the extrication. Crews removed the driver's side and roof of the car. The extrication was complete in about 15 minutes. The patient was transported to the area Trauma Center for evaluation. Units clear soon after.
