Engine and Canteen go to Brunswick on the second alarm   By Lieutenant Josh Sherwood February 2, 2010   On Feb. 2nd, units were dispatched for an apartment fire at 415 north Maple ave in Brunswick. First arriving, the Ambulance from Station 19 went on the scene with a 2 story house fully involved. Chief 5-3 arrived to establish the command and requested the safety taskforce. Engine 12 was dispatched to moved to station 20. While Engine 12 was enroute to Jefferson, Maple ave. command requested the second alarm for manpower, bringing Engine 12 to the fire. Engine 12's crew assisted with overhaul operations. Canteen 1 was later requested for rehab. Units operated for about 3 hours and then returned to service. Units: Engine 12 and Canteen 1
