Busy Friday on the Westside ends with working fire

As the day began on Friday the county was under a high wind warring and it was showing, the station responded to a total 25 calls in less than 24 hrs. The Station responded to numerous wires down, A 1 box was dispatched for a tree that was on fire and had fell on the house, There was no fire on arrival units cleared, a 50 box was dispatched which turned out to be good intent. Around 1930 hrs a 2 box was dispatched for the 700 blk of North Market Street; Engine 22 arrived to find a row house with smoke showing on the Charlie side, The Crew entered and found fire conditions on division 1 and requested the safety task force. Chief 2-1 had the command. As Engine 22 began knocking the fire they encounter unstable floor conditions as one member fell partial threw the floor but was able to pull their self back up. As Engine 22's crew advanced they found fire in the basement, Engine 31 arrived and pulled a backup line to the 2nd floor were they encounter fire as well, Truck 42 and Rescue Squad 3 began searches, securing utilities and opening up for the Engine Companies. Engine 12 arrived 3rd due and pulled a 300' attack line to the rear and entered the kitchen area, they assisted with mop up and overhaul. Tower 1 responded on the safety task force but returned to service when the fire was declared under control. There were no reported injuries. Units cleared around 2130hrs
