The Independent Hose Company had responded first due to a complex incident yesterday in Frederick County. Units from the Independent Hose Company included Engine 11, 12, Tower 1, Tanker 1, Brush 16, Ambulance 18, 19, Canteen 1, and Duty 1. This incident would not have been controlled as quickly as it was without the help of everyone who responded near and far. The incident included a tanker truck fire, a house fire with damage to 3 others homes, 4 vehicles, and sewer line contamination.
