During a busy weekend, Independent Hose Company #1 is taking time to do some advanced training with entanglement scenarios across all three shifts to include career and volunteer participation Topics included discussion on a related line of duty death with entanglement issues, tool selection, crew rescue techniques, and self-rescue techniques. The training prepared and enhanced our capabilities in the event a true mayday was ever to occur. Thank you to everyone who participated.
