CAR SAFETY SEAT Installation

The Frederick County Division of Fire/Rescue Services and Independent Hose Company are proud to support the kids in Safety Seats Program.  Child Passenger Safety Technicians/Instructors certified by Safe Kids Worldwide will provide car seat checks and education as part of a continuing effort to ensure the safety of our community’s children.

Frederick County Division of Fire/Rescue Services no longer offers car safety seat installation or inspections. However, car safety seat assistance and educational resources are still available through the Kids in Safety Seats Program.

For more information about available car seat checks, installation assistance and other child passenger safety resources and educational materials, please visit Kids in Safety Seats.
